Do you have insurance in case something in my home gets broken in the renovation and/or construction process?

Yes, I am insured and bonded.

Can you provide a list of references I can contact?

Absolutely. I can provide you with a list of past customers upon request.

What is the payment schedule, and how do we pay?

The normal payment schedule is 1/3 of the total amount paid in advance, and the remaining balance would be due upon completion of the job. However, depending on the size of the job, there are cases where the payment schedule is modified. I will attempt to accommodate every situation. Many customers get home equity lines of credit or pay by check.

How soon can you begin my project?

This is a very common question. I am ready to work with you now! Once we agree on the proposed scope of work, I will get started on your transformation.

How much will my project cost?

The cost of your project obviously depends on the amount of work you want to get accomplished. Give me a call, and I will be more than happy to meet with you and provide a FREE estimate!

What kind of crews do you use?

I am a perfectionist, and I take full responsibility for every job. Your standards are high – so are mine. I always go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your transformation.

Where do we get the products needed for the project?

Some projects will require the purchase of products, such as cabinets, flooring, doors, shower tile, fixtures, etc. Over the years, I have put together a list of businesses that I believe will give you high-quality products and will be conscientious of your budget.

Many clients ask me if they can purchase the materials. The simple answer is absolutely. I will provide you with a list of materials and/or measurements for you to have when you shop.

How do you handle the permit process?

I will ensure that all necessary permits are pulled for your job.
